After a horrible hail storm, I sent a text early Tuesday and had received a response about an hour later and then a call not too long after that. I cannot remember who I spoke with, but she was so kind and reassuring (we were out of town in Galveston and receiving information/pictures of damage from our neighbors). She explained to me the whole process of filing a claim for our windshield (that had been busted all the way through) and even started the claim for me when she realized I was on vacation. She walked me through the next steps and told me what to expect. Talking to her helped so much because I was a worried mess trying to figure out what we were supposed to do. I called again on Wednesday to ask about our roof and it was another staff member (I cannot remember her name either, unfortunately). This employee was just as helpful and kind as the first. She explained to me what our deductible was and how to proceed with a claim for that. After such a bad storm, only hearing second-hand how bad the damage was, and never having had filed a claim or arranged for auto & roof repairs before this…I felt much more at ease thanks to the exceptional customer service your office provided. I cannot imagine navigating this without them. Jeremy, thanks again for all you and your team do. I appreciate y’all!

This agency has saved my company a remarkable amount of money. They do what they say, when they say. This is rare and refreshing. I would like to publicly praise Crystal in particular for her comment to "get it right the first time". I say that, and she could not fully accommodate me. She gave an awesome referral in a timely manner and had us up and going.

First I would like to say: 5 stars isn’t enough of gratitude of appreciation for Jeremy Quinn n his staff. The stars needs to go Pass 10 because of the excellence of him n staff. My family has been a customer of this Office for way of 30 years. My late father purchased policies from this agency back in the late 70’s early 80’s. In the passing of my father back in 2019, his words was to me: whatever you need to know about any policy (personal, business or home) Jeremy is your guy. All I can say is this office, has been right there for me, like the heel of my shoe every-since.
